The Traffic Escort Wardens App is independently developed and operated by Tim Elleston. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, it is not a Main Roads Western Australia product and is not represented as endorsed, certified or approved by Main Roads.

Authoritative records

The Service is an operational aid. Users must check the current permit, work order, TESS record and lawful directions. If information in the Service conflicts with an authoritative source, the authoritative source applies.

No grant of authority

A subscription does not grant a user authority to act as a Traffic Escort Warden, access TESS, receive a permit, view Main Roads information or perform any statutory or contractual function. Those rights arise only from the user's separate engagement and authorisation.

Third-party systems

Availability and accuracy may be affected by Main Roads, Microsoft, Google, AppSheet, Stripe, email, internet and hosting systems outside our control.

Emergency and safety decisions

Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for safety procedures, permit conditions, professional judgement, lawful directions or emergency communications.

Intellectual property and data

Main Roads retains ownership of its data, records, permits, branding and source-system content. The subscription fee is for the independently developed software service and associated support.
