1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of TEW and related Traffic Escort Wardens operational services operated by Tim Elleston. TEW is an operational aid for authorised professional users; it is not a general consumer application.

2. Eligibility and authorised use

You may use TEW only if you are authorised to perform Traffic Escort Warden duties or otherwise have a legitimate, authorised operational reason to access the relevant information. You must access only records you are authorised to access, protect your account and device, and comply with applicable confidentiality, privacy, records-management and lawful operational requirements.

3. Government information and authoritative sources

Some information displayed by TEW relates to heavy vehicle permits and Traffic Escort Services administered by Main Roads Western Australia. Applicable permits, official documentation and authoritative government or source-system records take precedence over TEW.

4. What TEW provides

TEW may provide work-order presentation, permit and load information, vehicle, driver and pilot records, validation, calendar and related operational workflow support. Features may change as operational, security or third-party requirements change.

5. Access, suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where eligibility ends, access is no longer authorised, there is a security risk, or continued access is not legally or operationally available.

6. Liability and contact

TEW does not replace permits, lawful directions, professional judgement, safety procedures or official source records. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact: timelleston@gmail.com.
