Subscription, Billing and Cancellation Policy
1. Price and billing cycle
The standard paid subscription price is A$30 per month, including GST if applicable and as displayed at checkout. The Service may be offered on a free trial. During a free trial, no recurring subscription payment is taken unless the checkout disclosure expressly states otherwise. A paid subscription renews automatically each month on or around the date the paid subscription begins.
2. Free trials
We may provide a free trial for a stated period or until a stated event. Current trial users are not being charged. Before any trial converts to a paid subscription, the user must receive a clear disclosure of the A$30 monthly price, the conversion date or trigger, and how to cancel. A trial will not be converted to paid without the user having affirmatively accepted the paid subscription terms.
3. Recurring payment authorisation
By starting a paid subscription, or by agreeing to a disclosed conversion from a free trial to a paid subscription, you authorise Stripe or our disclosed payment provider to charge the subscription price to your selected payment method each billing cycle until cancellation. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.
4. What is included
An active subscription provides access to the features made available to your account, which may include the field-user interface, work-order tools, permit handling, validation, TESS workflows, calendar integration, notifications, infrastructure, maintenance and support.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management link provided by the Service or by contacting timelleston@gmail.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then unless access must be suspended for security, eligibility or legal reasons.
6. Refunds and credits
We do not ordinarily provide partial-month refunds for a change of mind. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the paid Service is unavailable to you for a substantial part of a billing period for reasons within our responsibility, contact us. We will assess an appropriate extension, credit or refund having regard to the circumstances and applicable law. We will not knowingly continue charging for a period in which the paid Service has been suspended and is not available to you, except where access is suspended because of your breach, ineligibility or non-payment and the law permits the charge.
7. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. Access may be suspended if payment remains overdue.
8. Price changes
We may change the price by giving reasonable advance notice. The new price will apply from a future billing cycle. You may cancel before it takes effect.
9. Loss of TEW authorisation or upstream access
Your subscription does not create or continue your authority to access Main Roads information. If your TEW engagement, Main Roads authorisation or required upstream access ends, you must notify us immediately. We may cancel or suspend the account and recurring billing.
